Rent ReviewsIn 2009/2010 we handled a large number of rent reviews on behalf of clients. Examples include Bechtel's headquarters in Hammersmith of 170,000 sq ft where the landlord was seeking a substantial increase in excess of £2 million annually. The matter was disputed, proceeding to Arbitration. We were successful in completely defeating the landlords claim and achieving a significant payment in addition from the landlord towards our client's costs.
