The ground floor office suite is available by way of a new flexible sub-lease at a quoting rent of £43.50 per sq.ft. per annum for a term by arrangement. Business rates are estimated at approx £9.60 per sq.ft. and Service Charges at £6.51 per sq.ft. (plus a site service charge of £2.03 per sq.ft.). Each party shall be responsible for their own legal costs.
