We can offer services from the basic "search, find and negotiate" (including negotiation of the critical components of any lease) through to complex financial analysis utilising complex econometric modelling for analysing different scenarios. For each property acquired, we create an online database for our clients providing electronic copies of relevant documentation, leases, lease summaries, critical dates, photographs and any other relevant available information.
